All customers are held to the same standard when it comes to our Terms and Conditions. If there are any problems or questions about our Terms and Conditions, please contact us via email: co.trapmade@gmail.com or our Instagram: @co.trapmade. If you do not contact us regarding any problems you have with our policies before your purchase, the issue will not be addressed or resolved. 

Customers will not be able to shop or complete their purchase until they have read and checked our Terms and Conditions box!! 

If an item is listed as PRE-MADE this means the product is already in hand and is ready to ship out as soon as you place your order. All PRE-MADE orders usually ship within 1-2 days, after your order has been placed. Delivery times may vary, depending on your location. 

If an item is listed as PRE-ORDER this means the product is not already in hand and the item is in the manufacturing process, which can take up 2-6 weeks for all orders to be in hand and shipped out to all customers. Details on shipping times and updates about your order will be emailed to the email address used during your purchase. After purchasing a PRE-ORDER item, you are now fully committed to abiding by the duration of the manufacturing process and time it takes for us to have your order in hand and shipped. Delivery times may vary, depending on your location. During this time please contact us via email: co.trapmade@gmail.com or our Instagram: @co.trapmade regarding any questions about your order.

Refunds will not be accepted unless the item is shown defective or damaged within 1 week of the delivery. Exchanges will only be accepted if there is available inventory for that item.

ALL PRE-ORDER SALES ARE FINAL 

After purchasing a PRE-ORDER item, all sales are FINAL. This means that an item listed as PRE-ORDER will not be refunded and chargebacks will not be accepted per the TERMS AND CONDITIONS accepted before completing your purchase, stating that you abide by the duration of the manufacturing process and time it takes for us to have your order in hand and shipped.
